We value and appreciate our customers. Our business has grown considerably every
year due to our fair treatment of our customers. Most customers give us Excellent Ratings. We try to be reasonable and fair and like to
deal with reasonable and serious customers.
We are not perfect, but we continuously put a lot of effort into
becoming better. Free shipping within the 48 continental United States. Shipping outside the continental US will incur additional fees.

Due to our commitment to process orders quickly, there is a short period of
time in which you may cancel your order. You may choose to cancel your order
within 48 hours if the order has not been shipped yet; however, orders are
usually shipped out within 24 hours.
All orders that are canceled will be credited in the original form of payment
used when the order was placed.
If an order has been shipped out and you choose to cancel while the order is in
transit (the order has shipped from our warehouse), you will have to pay for
the original shipping fee, return shipping fee, and a restocking fee of 10%.
No Hassel 30-Day Return Policy
You may return your purchase(s) for any reason within
30 days of receipt for an exchange or a refund of the purchase price excluding
our shipping and handling costs. Please note: there is a 10% restocking
fee on all returned products.
Three-Step Return Process
Step 1: Please call us toll free at 1-(800) 517-3643 to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA)
and state the specific reason of why you wish to return the product(s).
Step 2: Be sure to have all of the original packaging/cartons for
all products to be returned.
Step 3: Arrange freight shipping company to pick up product(s) to
be shipped back to eSteamShower Inc.
Yes, it is that simple and hassle free.
Returned items must be in new and non-damaged condition and must include the
original manufacturer's packaging and cartons. Be sure to keep all
original packaging until you are absolutely sure you won't be returning the
items. Any item that has been completely, partially installed and/or
assembled cannot be returned. Shipping charges on the return shall be the
responsibility of the customer. Products sold with "Free
Shipping" will have the original freight costs deducted from your refund.
All inbound and outbound shipping charges are non-refundable or reimbursable.
Any items that you refuse to accept delivery by the freight carrier (for any
other reason than damages to the merchandise or shipping error) shall be
treated as a return and subject to terms and conditions of returns.
Returns & Shipping Policy

units within the 48 continental United States and Canada. Free shipping applies
to the lower 48 continental United States as well as Non-Sale items to Canada.
We ship all of our units by freight truck. Upon arrival of shipment, all
packages must be inspected for damages on site with the trucking company before
the unit is signed for. If the package appears to be damaged, call our customer
support center immediately for instructions. We can advise whether the visible
damages to the crates are detrimental to the units. Once the unit is signed
for, there is no way we can process the insurance claim with the Freight
Company. In the event that the unit arrives damaged and the entire shipment or
parts of the shipment is refused we will replace the unit/parts upon
availability of replacement unit or parts that are damaged. Delivery is subject
to delays caused by limited product availability or freight company problems.
The unit must be installed by a licensed plumber and electrician, or it will
void the warranty of the unit from the manufacturer. The purchaser of the
shower unit accepts full responsibility and liability for its proper use,
operation, and installation. This unit is not to be used for commercial
purposes. The purchaser also agrees to hold harmless and indemnify us from any
actions, lawsuits, judgments, liability claims arising from the use of these

OPEN UP YOUR PACKAGE, PLEASE INSPECT IT IMMEDIATELY EVEN IF YOU WILL NOT BE
INSTALLING THE UNIT. The shipping company requires the customer to report
any damages within the first 72 hours after delivery.
ALL "FACTORY DEFECTS" MUST BE
REPORTED WITHIN 30 DAYS OF THE DELIVERY DATE OTHERWISE, THEY WILL FALL INTO THE
PART WARRANTY REPAIR CATEGORY
If a shipment comes in different boxes and it comes damaged, please only
refuse the package that is damaged and we will ship you out a new part subject
to availability. Again, if one crate is damaged, please just refuse the damaged
crate back, not the entire unit.
Delivery is subject to delays caused by limited product availability, freight
company problems, or weather conditions.
Important Customer Notes: Installation required by a Licensed Electrician; Licensed Plumber.
You are advised not to book your plumber or carry out any preparatory work on
your bathroom until your goods have arrived and been checked. eSteamShower Inc cannot
accept any liability for losses accruing from plumber or preparatory costs.
user and/or contractor is responsible for knowing/checking local code
requirements and notifying the installing contractor and/or user of
these requirements at the time of purchase. The eSteamShower Inc is not
responsible for costs to modify any product to obtain any code approval,
such as city, county, or state building codes in U.S.A. or municipal or
provincial codes in Canada.
Please make sure you check that all items are present and free from any defects
upon delivery and before signing the driver's delivery note. You must report
any missing or damaged items to eSteamShower Inc within 72 hours of delivery so
we can help resolve this situation. Our courier company can only deliver goods
to a ground floor location and are not responsible for moving your items
upstairs. Ensure that someone is able to assist the driver with moving
heavy/bulky goods at the delivery location. If redelivery needs to be arranged
because no one was at the delivery location an extra charge may be applied.
Upon arrival of your unit, please inspect the exterior and interior for
damages. You must open and inspect the parts for any type of damage and report
it to the driver IMMEDIATELY. For
any damages you see, PLEASE WRITE IT
on the Delivery Bill of Lading and YOU
MUST HAVE THE DRIVER NOTE THIS WITH
HIS OWN SIGNATURE AND WRITING, AND YOU NEED TO KEEP YOUR COPY. Immediately
contact us for more information. Also we will need you to fax that copy to 480-264-3922.
If the unit is signed without inspection or notation, you are accepting the
delivery of the package in good condition. There which means there is no way we
can process the insurance claim with the freight company if signed and received
in good condition. We will do everything in our power to help you on a claim if
this shall come up. In the event that the unit arrives damaged and the entire
shipment or parts of the shipment is refused, we will replace the unit/parts
upon availability of replacement unit or parts that are damaged. After writing
"damaged" on the bill of lading, you have 72 hours to report the
contents that are damaged to us.
Please do not wait as this is very IMPORTANT,
otherwise the freight company will not cover the replacement charges and you
will be held liable. PLEASE KEEP ALL
BOXES AND ORIGINAL PACKAGING. IF THE UNIT IS DAMAGED, THE INSPECTOR WILL NEED
TO COME AND INSPECT THE PACKAGE TO SEE HOW DAMAGED IT IS, AND WHAT THEY ARE
ABLE TO FILE ON THE CLAIM. IF THE BOXES AND PACKAGING ARE MISSING, THE FREIGHT
COMPANY WILL SAY THEY ARE NOT LIABLE SINCE IT CAN NOT BE PROVEN THAT THEY WERE
RESPONSIBLE FOR SUCH DAMAGES WITHOUT SEEING THE CRATE/BOX.
It is important that you inspect your package by opening it, please open it
carefully and keep the box/crate in its original form using a box cutter for
cutting tape. If the package is damaged, you may have to put the product back
in the original packaging to prevent from further damage back to our warehouse.
It is the customers' responsibility to check if these units will comply with
their state, county or city codes. If you will be receiving an inspection by a
county / city inspector, please ask them what they require. If a customer purchases
any Steam Shower unit, Whirlpool Bathtub, Saunas or Walk-in Bathtub that does
not pass inspection, we allow returns with the following conditions below. You
will be able to return the unit for purchase price of unit, less the original
shipping fee, return shipping fee, and less a restocking fee of 10% if in
original packaging. If the shower unit or bathtub was opened, or opened and
assembled, a 25% restocking fee will apply.
If your order is not in stock, then a member of our sales team will contact you
and give you a revised delivery date. At this point you have the option to
withdraw the order if you are unable to wait for the item.
All parts include a 12 month guarantee against defects. In the unlikely event
that a defect develops in one of the parts then please contact our tech
department, who will arrange for a spare part to be delivered to you. Please
note, eSteamShower Inc recommends that a trained engineer fit the spare part. eSteamShower
Inc cannot accept any liability regarding the installation of spare parts. Your
statutory rights are not affected.
If any part of these Terms and Conditions is found by a competent authority to
be invalid, unlawful or unenforceable then such part will be severed from the
remainder of these Terms and Conditions, which will continue to be valid and
